Check-in: Is available from 2pm - 6.30pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or late check-out is by arrangement only, extra charges may apply. Luggage may be able to be stored for you.
Cancellation Policy: October - April: 30 days, 100% charge, May - September: 7 days, 100% charge, Christmas and New Year period is non-refundable (23 Dec - 6 January)
Car Parking: Parking is strictly for Guests Only. There is sufficient parking for ONE vehicle per unit. If you have extra vehicles, please contact Reception prior to arrival for other possible parking options on the day.
Visitors: Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion and must be made known to Reception. We ask that any visitors quietly depart by 8pm. The registered guests is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. Visitors are asked to please park outside the motel.
Damage/Loss: Any damage/loss caused to the motel or to the motel chattles that is occupied by you, could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly, either fully or partly, to you the registered guest. We reserve the right to charge your credit card/debit your account for any items missing from your unit following checkout.
Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside well away from motel units and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
Cooking and Kitchen Use: In consideration for future guests we respectfully request that you do not fry meat, cook fish/seafood, curries or other strong odourous foods in your motel unit kitchens. A commercial stainless steel teppanyaki BBQ hotplate in the garden area is provided for your use and there is also a separate kitchen with gas hobs available for your use.
If your kitchen is left in an unreasonable dirty state and/or your motel unit is left in a strong unpleasant odourous state which has permeated furnishings, we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for extra cleaning and deodorisation treatment on or after your departure, and any resulting loss of income due to the unit being unable to be occupied.
Pets: No pets are allowed at Collingwood Park Motel.
Tariffs: Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods may apply. Extra charges may be levied e.g. for departures on public holidays.
Accounts: All accounts are payable on arrival if we do not hold a pre-authorised credit card number, the remainder are payable on departure. Collingwood Park Motel reserves the right to charge interest @ 2% per month plus GST (if applicable) to any outstanding accounts and pass on any costs incurred in recovering money owed.
